Great Referral From the Park.

I recieved a great referral yesterday. It is for a purchase in Lake Placid. During our first conversation yesterday I asked him "who was the Realtor that sent you". He was not sure because his wife had been dealing with the Realtor (I'll find out today who it is when I speak to him again). He did say that he thinks it was someone from Adirondack Country Homes or Adirondack Country Realty. Well, I'm not sure yet, but if it was any of you I just want to say thank you very much. I appreciate referrals and I believe strongly that it is reciprocal.

I haven't posted on here in a little while. I have been busy with work and busy with my marketing campaign. I will stop in and say hello from time to time.

I know that the majority of you are Realtors on this site. As a matter of fact I may be the only lender on this forum. This can actually work to all of your advantage. I will share my insight with all of you. If you have any specific scenarios or if you are curious about a specific prospect's qualifications or situation I'd be happy to take a look at it and see if it can be approved. This is a free service that I would like to provide all of you. It could help save some of your valuable time ... I'm sure that none of you would like to show homes to unqualified prospects. Gas is getting pricey now-a-days.
