Anyone try Zolve.com yet?

Zolve.com is a real estate referral social community. It is Brand New and was put together by Active Rainer Brian Wilson. It really is a great community and platform to generate mass referrals. What it needs in this area are more people like you and I. I am already a member but if any one you would like an invite please let me know.

Something that I must mention on this forum is that I am in love with the Adirondacks. I have been in this area my entire life. I was never so in love with the Adirondacks as I am now. I've alway thought it was a nice place but never realized how grande' it truly is. What has really opened my eyes are all of the properties that I come accross.

I get much of my business by helping the Realtor community get the word out about their listings. I have become pretty good at producing qualified buyers for specific listings via the internet. I set up a property website for each and every one of my Realtor partners listings complete with a mobile phone version of the website (great for sign riders) and I plaster them all over the internet.

Many of the homes that I promote are in the Adirondack Park and I have absolutely fallen in love with the landscape and with the common building materials to the area. The woodwork that is a part of so many of the homes in the Adirondacks is amazing.

I love the homes and the area so much that I have decided to specialize in the area. My hope is that I can be so deeply ingrained into the Adirondacks that when I decide to buy my dream home I will be able to continuer to work locally in the Adirondacks.
